In this present age, living a healthy life has become difficult. Apart from this, we know the importance of a healthy life. Stay healthy  Stay Active. We think each time about How we can do this by not disturbing daily life.

 Here are some way that can help in building healthy life style:

Be Early person

Be earlier make you healthy. It’s estimate that the person who wake ealier in the mornig have better health & live longer than night owl. It make you more active in your work. You may think that if you work hard at night it wil be better But that’s wrong because brain know sleeping time automatically. working at day time make things much easier than night.

Nature clock:

  • Sun rises in the moring to make us awaken.
  • Close all the light during night to help us in sleep.
  • Birds cheers up at morning to tell us it’s a new happy day.

Excersise:

In mornig when we do ecsercise it make us more healthy than doing it at other time. It’s also help us in stay active through out the day.

Being day person, impact our life with great potential, rather than being sleepy at all the day.

Our health is related to our diet.    ”Healthy Food Healthy life”. That dosen’t mean that you should have to eat boring food. Diet can be joyfull. Healthy not only make you healthy but also good for you’r internal body system.

  • Helps in weight control.
  • Better skin health.  
  • Digestive system friendly.

Eating healthy dosen’t mean that you have to eat boring food. You can make you’r food nutrienal & tasty with same time. Here are some tips;

  • Use of little bit spice like green chilli.
  • Eating food at good enviroment.
  • Eat steamed Fish instead of boiling.
  • Making salad interesting by adding some seasoning.

Be Naturalist

Having close realtion to nature make man more healthy. Healthy Lifestyle seems always achieveable when you are more in nature. Nature know how to keeps place in human’s life.

  • Doing gardening.
  • Having pet.
  • Village side trip in summer break.
  • Doing hiking.

These things make huge impact on you’r life. Because when you’r close to nature human body produce Dopamine which make you ”Feel Good”.
